Job Responsibilities:
•Handle customer/member queries related to medical insurance policies, claims and approvals.
•Coordinate with customers, hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers.
•Assist with pre-authorization and claim-related queries.
•Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions.
•Maintain accurate records and ensure all requests are processed within TAT.
•Follow company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
•Should be locally available in Qatar
•2–4 years of experience in insurance, medical insurance, healthcare, claims or customer service.
•Good communication and customer-handling skills.
•Computer literacy and good attention to detail.
•Experience with medical insurance/claims/pre-authorization will be an advantage.
