Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qatar. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to promote CARMEL GROUP WLL’s products and services across online channels. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to improve reach and engagement. The role involves coordinating online marketing activities, such as email campaigns, search and display advertising, and updates to the company website. The specialist will collaborate with sales and management teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including planning and executing integrated campaigns.
Experience with Social Media Marketing across major platforms and content creation for digital channels.
Ability to interpret Web Analytics, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and basic design or content tools.
Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in B2B or industrial sectors, particularly automotive or heavy equipment, is an advantage.
