Job Vacancy: Generator Electrical Technician – Repair & Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced Generator Electrical Technician to join our team in Qatar. The candidate should have strong experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining diesel generator systems, including controllers and synchronization panel systems.

Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control faults in different types of generators.
• Experience in dealing with various generator controllers, such as:
Deepsea Controllers
ComAp Controllers
Other similar control systems.

• Ability to perform programming, configuration, and commissioning of new controllers.
• Good knowledge of Synchronization Panels, including:
Wiring
Configuration
Testing and commissioning.

• Ability to integrate generator control systems with Fire Alarm Panels as per Civil Defense requirements for buildings.
• Support during Civil Defense inspections related to generator systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, including:
Oil replacement.
Filter replacement.
General Monthly inspection and basic servicing.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in generator repair and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of generator control systems, synchronization, and troubleshooting.
Preferably holding a valid Qatar Driving License.
Current availability in Qatar is preferred.
Valid NOC or transferable visa is required.
