Is a leading Consultancy Firm offering high quality services in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management / Supervision and Management Consultancy.

We require suitable candidates having good experience for the following post for our Project Management Department:

1. JOB001: QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Graduate in BACHELORS DEGREE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING or ENGINEERING with minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in Quantity Surveying, with minimum 5 years GCC experience in Facility Management in an internationally renowned company. Candidates withvalid accreditation from UPDA preferred.

2. JOB002: ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTORS / LANDSCAPE (SOFT SCAPE) INSPECTORS

Graduate in BACHELORS IN ARCHITECTURE with 7-10 years of post qualification experience in Project Management/Construction Management/Construction Supervision of Building works, Steel Structures, High Rise Buildings, Sports Facilities, Infrastructures, Rail Projects and Fit-out Works: & preferably with minimum 3 years experience in GCC in an internationally renowned company.

Candidates with valid accreditation from UPDA preferred.

3. JOB003: MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Graduate in BACHELORS DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, with minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as Mechanical Engineer in Project Management/Construction Management/Construction Supervision of Building works, Steel Structures, High Rise Buildings, Sports Facilities, Infrastructures, Rail Projects and Fit-out Works; & preferably with minimum 3 years experience in GCC as Consultant in an internationally renowned company. Candidates with valid accreditation from UPDA mandatory
