IT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
(3–5 years experience)

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and desktop support.
• Experience with HHT devices and mobile applications.
• Good understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, IP telephony, and CCTV.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Maintain Windows servers, backups, and data centre infrastructure.
• Support handheld terminals (HHT) and related business applications.
• Troubleshoot printers, network connectivity, internet, Wi-Fi, and IP telephones.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
• Must have valid QID and ready for sponsor transfer
