Operations Manager Home Shield Cleaning

We're a newly launched cleaning company looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help build the business from scratch. Early on, you'll work alongside the owner and cleaning team on-site to develop SOPs, recruit staff, and set up scheduling and procurement systems.

As the company grows, you'll transition into a full management role overseeing daily operations, the foreman, client relations, and reporting directly to the owner.

You're a fit if you have experience in cleaning or facilities operations, are comfortable getting your hands dirty early on, and can build systems and manage people. Arabic/English fluency and Qatar residency preferred.
