Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems including MCC, substations, distribution panels, and Local Control Stations (LCS).

2. Operate and maintain electrical equipment such as 415V distribution systems, 11kV substations, ATS, incomer breakers, motors, UPS, cabling, busbars, switchgear, and lighting systems.

3. Perform insulation resistance testing using megger and conduct safe troubleshooting of electrical faults.

4. Identify and resolve electrical issues proactively using technical knowledge and initiative.

5. Assist engineers and technicians by providing technical support, including coordination with mechanical teams when required.

6. Support preparation of material lists and participate in plant inspections.

7. Ensure all work is executed in line with project timelines, technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

8. Adhere strictly to all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

9. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.


Requirements:

1. Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field

2. Experience in industrial / Oil & Gas / EPC environment preferred

3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices

4. Familiarity with safety standards and troubleshooting techniques

5. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
