Description

 
Operate bending machines, pyramid rollers, roll press, drilling, grinding, and shearing machines safely and efficiently.
Perform cold saw cutting and flange press operations as per job requirements and drawings.
Read and understand work orders, fabrication drawings, and job instructions accurately.
Conduct pre-start inspections and ensure machines are in proper working condition before operation.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and environmental regulations at site.
Report equipment issues, defects, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor immediately.
 
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in shipyards, heavy fabrication, or offshore structure fabrication.
Hands-on experience operating bending machines, pyramid rollers, roll press machines, drilling, grinding, shearing, flange press, and cold saw cutting machines.
Ability to understand fabrication drawings, work instructions, and production schedules.
Good knowledge of safety practices, PPE usage, and industrial housekeeping standards.
Physically fit and able to work in an industrial or fabrication environment.
Team-oriented, disciplined, and safety-focused approach to work.
Available to join immediately.
