Description

Oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments.
Develop, implement, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Analyze current workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
Implement cost-saving measures and improve resource utilization.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high performance.
Coordinate training and development for team members.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive work environment.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, and inventory.
Ensure optimal allocation and use of materials, equipment, and labor.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain health, safety, and quality standards across operations.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to mitigate operational risks.
 
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Production, and other departments.
Support strategic planning and organizational development.
Communicate updates, insights, and performance reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–7+ years of experience in operations, management, or process improvement roles.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and improving organizational efficiency.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
