Industry: Epoxy & Decorative Flooring, Waterproofing & Flooring
·       Maintain daily accounting entries and proper bookkeeping using accounting software.
·       Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and cash flow statements.
·       Manage invoice preparation, billing, receivables, and payables.
·       Prepare and verify project costing, material purchase expenses, subcontractor payments, and site budgets.
·       Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, payroll management, and employee expense claims.
·       Assist with tax compliance, VAT/GST filing, WHT, and other statutory requirements.
·       Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and management regarding financial approvals.
 
·       Implement internal financial controls to support business growth.
·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, BBA, MBA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent.
 
·        Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in accounting; construction or contracting industry background is an advantage.
