Job Title: Visual Organizer
Role Purpose
To plan, design, and execute visual organization systems for homes, offices, and storage spaces. The role focuses on creating functional, aesthetically aligned arrangements that enhance clarity, efficiency, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠Space Planning & Organization
Assess client spaces and identify clutter points, workflow issues, and storage gaps.
Create organized layouts for rooms, closets, kitchens, offices, playrooms, warehouses, or retail displays.
Implement labeling systems, containers, shelving solutions, and storage categories.
2.⁠ ⁠Visual Arrangement & Styling
Arrange items in a visually cohesive and balanced way.
Maintain alignment with client preferences (color, style, habits).
Design before/after layouts using sketches or digital tools.
3.⁠ ⁠Product Selection
Recommend bins, labels, shelving, baskets, dividers, and custom organization products.
Source products within a given budget.
4.⁠ ⁠Client Guidance & Support
Explain systems to clients and ensure they can maintain the organization.
Provide instructions, maintenance tips, and follow-up checks.
Work collaboratively with decluttering specialists when needed.
5.⁠ ⁠Project Execution
Manage on-site organizing sessions from start to final styling.
Coordinate with suppliers, movers, and cleaners when required.
Ensure accurate time tracking and project documentation.
