Job Summary for Mixer Driver:
The Mixer Driver is responsible for safely operating a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to various project sites. The role requires adherence to safety standards, efficient driving practices, and maintaining the quality of the concrete during transit and delivery.
Operate the concrete mixer truck safely and efficiently as per company and Qatar Traffic regulations.
Transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to designated construction sites on time.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and report any issues to the maintenance team.
Ensure the concrete mix is maintained in the correct condition during transit (slump, rotation, timing).
Follow instructions from the batching plant and dispatch regarding delivery schedules.
Position the truck properly at the job site and safely discharge concrete as required.
Clean the truck drum, chute, and external surfaces after each delivery.
Maintain accurate daily delivery records and submit required documentation.
Comply with all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and site rules.
Assist during plant operations when required.
The Concrete Pump Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pumping equipment at construction sites. This role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate placement of concrete in accordance with project specifications and safety standards. The operator must be skilled in equipment handling, troubleshooting, and coordinating with site teams to complete concrete pouring operations smoothly.
Operate concrete pump machines to place concrete at assigned locations on construction sites.
Set up, inspect, and position the pump safely before operations.
Monitor equipment performance and adjust pumping pressure and flow as needed.
Direct and coordinate the movement of the pump boom or hoses during concrete placement.
Perform daily maintenance checks and ensure the pump and related tools are in proper working condition.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major faults to the maintenance team.
Clean the pump, hopper, and pipes after each operation to prevent concrete buildup.
Follow all safety rules and site regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors, concrete truck drivers, and workers.
Maintain accurate records of pump operations and site activity.
Ability to lift heavy hoses and equipment.
Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when required.
Flexibility to work extended hours depending on site schedules.

Valid Qatar Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience  (preferred).
Good knowledge of Qatar roads and traffic rules.
Ability to operate heavy vehicles safely under various site conditions.
Physically fit and able to work long hours or shifts as required.

Good knowledge of concrete pumping techniques and equipment handling.
