🔹 Hiring: MEP Supervisor – Facility Management (Qatar)
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our Facility Management team in Qatar.
🔸 Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) supervision
• Strong background in Facility Management within Qatar
• Ability to supervise and coordinate technicians across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Civil works
• Good knowledge in preventive & corrective maintenance
• Able to manage site activities, daily inspections, and reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Qatar experience is must;

🔸 Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise MEP technicians
• Ensure all FM operations are carried out efficiently and safely
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and management for smooth operations
• Prepare daily reports, maintenance schedules, and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HSE standards

 Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and selecting the right candidates for ongoing and upcoming MEP projectsReview and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and project requirementsDemonstrate strong decision-making abilities to support site and management teamsProvide technical expertise, especially in HVAC and Air Conditioning systemsLiaise with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project executionPrepare and maintain reports, documentation, and coordination logs
