Description

Radix Novem is hiring skilled Structural Fabricators to support our steel fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of steel structure fabrication, layout, and assembly work.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate structural steel components as per drawings and specifications.

Perform cutting, grinding, shaping, and fitting of steel parts.

Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and measurements.

Set out layouts, mark lines, and prepare materials for welding.

Work closely with welders and supervisors to complete fabrication tasks.

Ensure quality standards and dimensions are maintained during fabrication.

Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean workspace.

Assist in installation activities when required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Fabricator.

Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, layout, and marking.

Ability to read fabrication drawings and prepare accurate measurements.

Skilled in use of fabrication tools (cutting, grinding, gas cutting, etc.).

Experience in workshop and site fabrication work.

Qatar Energy/industrial site experience is an advantage.

Physically fit and able to work in site/workshop environments.
