Description

Radix Novem is hiring an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to manage and supervise steel fabrication, piping, and installation activities at our project sites and workshop. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in structural steel works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily mechanical & fabrication activities.

Manage manpower, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.

Oversee steel structure, piping, and installation works.

Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and safety rules.

Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality.

Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with engineers & clients.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

3–5 years experience in steel fabrication or construction.

Strong knowledge in structural works, piping & fabrication processes.

Ability to read fabrication and isometric drawings.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Qatar Energy project experience is an advantage.
