Description

We are looking for Procurement Assistant:
- To assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers.
- Prepare and send Request for Quotations (RFQs) to vendors
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Update purchasing databases and trackers
- Assist with filing, scanning, general office tasks related to procurement and preparing daily report. 
Qualities:
- Experience on the same field is a must
- Attention to details
- Good negotiating skills
- Organization skills
- Hardworking and trustworthy
