Description

Responsibilities:
• Receive and secure all incoming shipments.
• Address all related on-time claims with suppliers for defective materials or incorrect item codes.
• Follow up on and secure the clearance of all shipments.
• Ensure quality control for all delivered materials.
• Secure signed Delivery Orders and Project Completion documents for every project, including scanning and maintaining both digital and physical copies.
• Log all shipments accurately.
• Ensure correct labeling of materials for delivery.
• Assist with payment follow-ups, ensuring final payments are settled before delivery and execution (case-to-case basis with management).
• Support quarterly and year-end inventory activities.
• Arrange deliveries to clients.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas.
 
Qualifications
• Must have a driver’s license
• With understanding of logistics procedures, shipment handling, and delivery coordination.
• Must have a good communication and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Customer-service oriented, with a professional attitude
• Physical ability to assist with light handling of materials when needed
