We urgently need:
Purchase Coordinator
1.     Procurement Support
o   Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requests.
o   Source and compare suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and delivery terms – (Local and International)
2.     Supplier Coordination
o   Communicate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmation, and delivery updates.
o   Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
3.     Documentation & Records
o   Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, and supplier details.
1- Preferably someone with knowledge in the same field.
2- With a valid Qatar driving license preferred
3- Experience and knowledge of Import & Export Shipping is a plus.
