Hiring: Facility Coordinator
📍 Location: Qatar
We are looking for a Manpower Coordinator who can confidently handle manpower operations, address employee concerns effectively, and provide timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate manpower requirements across various projects.
• Identify and recruit suitable candidates locally within Qatar.
• Handle employee issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure manpower availability and smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and background in MEP fields (HVAC, AC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Previous experience in manpower coordination or a similar role is highly preferred.
• Must be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
💼 Experience: Relevant experience in manpower coordination (preferably in facility management or construction industry)
