Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure smooth flow of materials and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and record-keeping skills, along with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and material control.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records using stock control systems or ERP software.
Organize, label, and store items systematically for easy retrieval and safety compliance.
Issue materials as per requisitions and record all outgoing stock.
Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the warehouse or storage area.
Report low stock levels, damaged goods, or discrepancies immediately.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
 
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or Inventory Controller.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Physically fit to handle inventory and warehouse duties.
