(QCDD CERTIFIED IN SMOKE CONTROL MANAGEMENT)

Experience in AHU, Air & Water-Cooled Chillers, Cold Storage, Package Unit, Ducted Split Units, Precision/CRAC Units, Heavy Duty chilled water Pumps & Motors, VAV, VRV, Fire & Smoke Damper, Smoke extract fan, Air curtains.

With 8 years exp. In similar role in maintenance setting.

HVAC ENGINEER

Experience in AHU, Air & Water-Cooled Chillers, Cold Storage, Package Unit, Ducted Split Units, Precision/CRAC Units, Heavy Duty chilled water Pumps & Motors, VAV, VRV, Fire & Smoke Damper, Smoke extract fan, Air curtains. With 8 years exp. in similar role in maintenance setting.

TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR (ELECTRONICS)

Essential experience in Operation & Maintenance of BMS, SCADA, PMCS, PLC, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Adress System, Instrumentation and IT networking. With 5 years exp. in similar role in maintenance setting.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Should be Engineering Graduate (Electrical/Mechanical) With 8 years exp. in similar role in facility management
