Description

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.

Assemble and fabricate steel structures such as beams, columns, frames, and platforms.

Perform welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and fitting as required for structural assembly.

Ensure precise alignment and fit-up of structural components.

Operate cutting torches, grinders, drill presses, and other metalworking equipment.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, and accuracy.

Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and fellow fabricators to meet project timelines.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment
