Description

A reputable Household Product distribution company is seeking a highly organised and experienced Purchase & Store Manager to oversee procurement activities, inventory control, and coordination with the sales team.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Gulf region, with a proven track record in purchase and store management.
Knowledge of hypermarket product categories will be considered an added advantage. Candidates holding a valid Qatar ID and NOC will be given high preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day purchase and sales operations, and order follow-ups
Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of materials
Coordinate with internal departments for demand planning and stock forecasting
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
 
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase and Store Management, preferably in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management systems
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
Able to handle and coordinate with the Sales Team
