Description

Prepare, update, and manage CAD drawings in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Maintain, organize, and control all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure accurate filing, retrieval, and distribution of documents as per company protocols.
Coordinate with project teams to manage revisions and updates of technical documents.
Ensure proper version control and tracking of all documents and drawings.
Review, check, and verify CAD drawings for accuracy before submission.
Assist in the creation of project manuals, standard operating procedures, and other documentation.
Support the team in complying with ISO/document management standards.
Prepare regular reports on document control status for management and project teams.
Provide training or guidance to project staff on document management procedures.
 
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Proven experience as a CAD Operator and/or Document Controller.
Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software.
Strong knowledge of document management systems, procedures, and standards.
Familiarity with ISO/document control standards and best practices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple teams.
 
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
