Qualifications:

Transferable sponsorship.

Min. 5 years' experience managing Arabic restaurants in Qatar (Souq Waqif preferred).

Arab national with deep knowledge of Arabic cuisine, culture, and guest expectations.

Bachelor's in Hospitality/Business or related field.

HACCP & Food Safety certified.

Strong command of health, safety & hygiene standards.

Proven expertise in costing, inventory control & audit compliance.

Skilled in service standards training, SOP compliance & upselling.

Excellent communicator with solid financial & operational acumen.

Track record in launching strategies that elevate customer experience across diverse nationalities.
