Description

Receive, inspect, and store all automobile spare parts in the designated store/warehouse.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, issues, and returns.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and safe storage of spare parts to prevent damage or loss.
Issue spare parts to workshop technicians and service staff as per approved requisitions.
Verify incoming spare parts against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for replenishment as required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock availability, usage, and shortages.
Assist in identifying the correct spare parts for workshop teams when required.
Maintain proper housekeeping of the store to keep parts organized, clean, and easily accessible.
Follow correct storage and handling procedures for oils, lubricants, batteries, and other sensitive parts.
Support annual and periodic physical stock counts and reconcile any variances.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and suppliers regarding orders, returns, and replacements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
 
Report shortages, damages, and non-moving/obsolete stock to management promptly.
Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts (Transit Mixers, Concrete Pumps, Trucks, etc.).
Experience in inventory management (ERP / Excel preferred).
Good communication and coordination with workshop and procurement teams.
Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
 
Ability to handle pressure and ensure timely availability of parts.
10+2 / Graduation / Diploma 
Minimum 4-5 years’ relevant experience in spare parts storekeeping for heavy vehicles/workshop.
