A Temporary Employee is required for an Event management company.

KEY ACTIVITIES
Event Venue (Installation - Dismantling) monitoring, Office work as needed.
Coordinating with existing contractors to ensure their accurate work and its deadlines.
Manage and effectively interact with staff and responsible persons involved in the preparation and implementation of the project.
Motivates team to work together most efficiently. Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team member’s contributions.
Monitor day-to-day project interaction.
Develop relationships with Consulting team that foster client ties and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities towards the Company
1.      Confidentiality is highly recommended.
2.      Respect the company’s rules and regulations.
 
Our Offer:
6,000.00 QR (Six Thousand per month all-inclusive).
Work time can be flexible depending on the work topics and their completion.
 Event Venue:    Al Wakrah Old Souq (Priority for Candidates residency in Wakrah)    
 
Office location: Umm Ghuwailina.
 
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of design and construction processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS, Revit, and other engineering software.
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Adaptability to work in challenging site conditions.
Commitment to safety and sustainability standards.
