Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets in the region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and modernization projects.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and tender documents in line with the policies.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure feasibility and timely project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategic actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and HSE standards.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
2–5 years of experience in sales of elevators, escalators (preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of elevator & escalator systems will be an advantage.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
