Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management.
5-6 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
