Description

We are a leading company specializing in the distribution of fast-moving consumer goods, including food and beverages, cosmetics, and other non-food products. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Sales Supervisor to join our team in Qatar.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions in the Qatar market.
·        Analyse customer ordering trends to forecast demand and identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
·        Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules.
·        Research potential leads from directories, online sources, and professional connections.
·        Report on all sales leads and opportunities.
·        Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives when required.
·        Support the sales team in closing deals and meeting targets.
·        Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly using company systems and Microsoft Excel for analysis.
·        Ensure proper inventory levels in line with demand and future forecasts.
·        Assist and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
·        Develop and implement sales strategies, open new sales channels, and establish effective marketing campaigns.
·        High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
·        Minimum 10 years of proven FMCG sales experience (Qatar market experience preferred).
·        Strong sales track record with demonstrated results.
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·        Strong customer service orientation and ability to assess customer needs effectively.
·        Persuasive, goal-driven, and highly motivated.
·        Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
