Description

Develop, implement, and maintain OHS policies, procedures, and programs aligned with ISO 45001 standards.
Lead workplace safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (local and international).
Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Lead emergency preparedness and response plans across operational sites.
Promote a proactive safety culture and mentor team members in best practices.
Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 or equivalent advanced safety qualification.
Professional Certifications:
NEBOSH IGC / NGC (Required)
IOSH Managing Safely / IOSH Working Safely / OSHA (Required)
Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (Required)
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety roles.
In-depth knowledge of local and international safety standards and legislation.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to work across departments and influence at all organizational levels.
