Description

Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, filling holes, and cracking.
Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces including walls, doors, trim, and furniture.
Apply primers and sealers to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect fixtures and areas not being painted.
Utilize brushes, rollers, and spray guns effectively and efficiently.
Clean and maintain all tools and equipment after use.
Ensure a neat and tidy worksite, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members and follow project schedules.
Experience:  6-8 years of professional painting experience.
Residency:  Must be a current resident of Qatar (In-country hire only).
Knowledge:  Proven knowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and material mixing.
Physical Fitness:  Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work at heights. Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 25 kg).
Attention to Detail:  A strong focus on quality and cleanliness.
Reliability:  Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language:  Basic English or Arabic communication skills are required.
