Urgent Hiring: Van Sales Executives (2 Positions)
We are looking for two motivated and experienced Van Sales Executives to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, particularly in van sales, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
 * Conduct sales activities using a company van across designated routes.
 * Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
 * Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for incentives.
 * Provide detailed product information and explanations to customers.
 * Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in van sales in Qatar.
 * Valid Qatar Driving License.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
 * Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Salary and Benefits:
 * Salary: QAR 2,500 per month.
 * Incentives: Earned upon achieving monthly sales targets.(1% of target )
 * Accommodation: Provided by the company.

Desired Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, candidates must be proactive, results-oriented, and excellent communicators. We are looking for individuals who can build and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively managing their sales route.Required Experience: * Van Sales Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in van sales or a similar direct sales role, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail sector in Qatar. * Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Qatar market, including customer demographics, key retail outlets, and competitor activities. * Valid Qatar Driving License: A valid Qatar manual driving license is essential. A clean driving record is also required.Key Skills: * Sales and Negotiation: Ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. * Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term customer relationships and resolving issues professionally. * Time Management: Ability to manage a daily sales route efficiently, plan customer visits, and meet delivery schedules. * Cash Handling & Record-Keeping: Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate daily sales and inventory records. * Communication: Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages like Arabic or Malayalam is a plus.
