Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office experience.
Handle all incoming calls, route them to the appropriate department/person, and take accurate messages.
Maintain visitor logs, manage meeting room bookings, and support office administrative tasks.
Provide general clerical and administrative support including filing, scanning, and document handling.
Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for staff/visitor inquiries.
Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
 
Proficiency in Arabic, Tagalog, and Urdu (spoken and written preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or telephone operations is an advantage.
Must be able to join immediately with NOC (No Objection Certificate).
