Primary Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
* Translate business requirements into effective visual analytics using Tableau best practices.
* Optimize dashboard performance and usability across different devices and screen sizes.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
Required Expertise:
* Proficient in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online.
* Strong experience with SQL for data querying, transformation, and performance tuning.
* Deep understanding of Tableau features such as LOD expressions, table calculations, filters, parameters, and dashboard actions.
* Ability to connect Tableau to a variety of data sources and manage data extracts efficiently.
* Familiarity with UX/UI principles for creating intuitive and impactful visualizations.
* Exposure to AI/ML concepts, with the ability to integrate basic model outputs or insights into dashboards when needed.
 
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Tableau Prep for data preparation and cleansing.
* Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or R) for automation or enhancing analytics capabilities.
* Familiarity with enterprise BI environments and publishing/embedding Tableau dashboards securely.
