We're Hiring! 
Traffic Engineer with Road Safety Auditor Experience
Location: Birkar Al Awamer 
Bachelor’s degree/DIploma in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
Certified Road Safety Auditor (CI & RSD training preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in traffic engineering and road safety auditing
Proficiency in traffic modeling software (e.g., SIDRA, VISSIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
Strong understanding of international and local road safety standards (e.g., Qatar Highway Design Manual)
Conduct Road Safety Audits (RSAs) at all project stages: feasibility, design, and pre-opening
Analyze traffic flow, intersection performance, and signal timing using industry-standard software
Develop and review Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TTMPs) and diversion schemes
Investigate collision data and propose engineering-based safety improvements
Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with safety standards
