HSE Officer – QatarEnergy Approved EPTW
Location: Dukhan, Qatar 
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
Valid QatarEnergy-approved ePTW (mandatory)
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification
Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or Energy projects
Ensure full compliance with QatarEnergy HSE standards and site-specific safety protocols
Oversee and manage the ePTW system for all work activities
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections
Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive measures
Maintain accurate HSE documentation and incident reports
Promote a proactive safety culture across all project teams
