WE'RE HIRING!!! 
Red Link is currently hiring an experienced Field Operator with a strong background in Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing STP systems to ensure safe and compliant wastewater treatment processes.

🎯 Requirements:
Diploma or technical certification in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Training or certification in STP operations is preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operating and maintaining STP systems
Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and operational procedures
 Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor STP equipment including pumps, blowers, filters, and chemical dosing systems
Conduct routine inspections and record operational data (flow rates, pressure, chemical levels, etc.)
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
Assist in sampling and laboratory testing as required
