Description

BTech/BE/BSc Degree(Electrical/Mechanical) Qualified Engineers with UPDA and minimum of 15 yrs experience in the below field are required.

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER (MEP)

Prepare detailed construction schedules for assigned projects, including developing baseline cost-loaded programs, cash flow & manpower histograms and risk registers. Identify the project deliverables, milestones and create work breakdown structures for the project(s). Visit sites, verify progress data and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports, S-Curves. Perform delay analysis. Preparation of Claims for delays & EOT and associated costs.

All candidates should possess high-end administration, communication and negotiation skills, a smart and professional appearance. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
