OUTDOOR SITE FOREMAN
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Outdoor Site Foreman with a background in structural steel fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site activities related to steel structure works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·         Supervise the installation and erection of structural steel components on-site.
·         Coordinate daily site activities with workers, engineers, and subcontractors.
·         Review and interpret structural drawings and ensure accurate execution.
·         Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently.
·         Monitor site safety, quality of work, and adherence to timelines.
·         Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates.
Requirements:
·         Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in structural steel installation or a similar role.
·         Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection methods, and site supervision.
·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (structural & fabrication).
·         Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·         Able to work under pressure and in outdoor site conditions.
·         Valid Qatar ID (preferred) – Transferable visa/NOC is an advantage.
·         Must have Driver’s License
