Job Description:
We are seeking a male Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent for a temporary 4-month assignment. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a call center environment and be familiar with standard call center systems and protocols.
Key Requirements:
                •              Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
                •              Experience: Previous call center agent experience is mandatory
                •              System Knowledge: Familiarity with call center tools and software
                •              Communication: Strong customer service and email writing skills
                •              Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
                •              Professionalism: Adherence to hygiene and grooming standards is essential
                •              Client Support: Capable of handling customer queries and providing solutions effectively
