Hiring: TECHNICAL MANAGER
Location: Reports to Deputy Managing Director
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Manager to lead and manage facility operations, ensure preventive maintenance, minimize downtime, and drive a high-performance technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Manage budgets, inventory, and subcontractors
Ensure safety compliance and technical training
Use CMMS to optimize operations
Build a motivated and efficient team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience in facilities management and CMMS
Certifications such as CFM or IWFM are a plus
Focus Areas: Uptime, safety, cost control, and team performance
