Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and a solid understanding of CRM systems to manage client data, improve customer engagement, and support our business operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·     Manage and maintain customer databases using Zoho CRM
·     Handle invoicing, billing, and accounting tasks through Zoho Books
·     Analyze client interactions and data to optimize customer relationships
·     Create workflows, automations, and reports for business efficiency
·     Collaborate with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure accurate client records
· Proven experience using Zoho Books (required)
· Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
