❍ Sr Legal Counsel - Litigation & Corporate Affairs
❍ Sr Legal Counsel - Contracts & Commercials
❍ Sr Legal Counsel - Ventures & Overseas
❍ Executive Secretary – Legal
✓ 10 years of hands-on experience either as in-house counsel or in
a law firm environment with exposure to different aspects of law.
✓ Experience in Merger and Acquisition, overseas and offshore
business, and real estate development is required.
✓ Exposure to the logistics industry is preferred.
