About the Role:
We are looking for a Female Certified Hospitality Trainer with a strong background in housekeeping operations to train and guide our staff in delivering world-class service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel or facility housekeeping, combined with the ability to coach and motivate teams in hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs focused on housekeeping standards and guest service
Conduct practical demonstrations and assessments
Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve quality and compliance
Ensure alignment with international hospitality and hygiene standards
Train new hires and conduct refresher sessions for existing staff

Requirements:
Certification in Hospitality Training / Housekeeping or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping (hotel, resort, or similar)
Previous training or supervisory experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Passionate about teaching and upskilling others
