Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Ticketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling corporate travel bookings, issuing tickets, managing travel itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients.
 
· Arrange and issue air tickets for corporate clients using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
· Manage travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and transportation, based on corporate policies.
· Monitor fare rules, refund procedures, exchanges, and reissuance of tickets.
· Provide accurate travel information and support to clients in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special requests and support.
· Ensure all bookings comply with the client company’s travel policy.
· Maintain updated records of bookings, transactions, and client preferences.
·  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline reservation and ticketing (preferably in a corporate environment).
·  Proficiency in one or more GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
·  Strong knowledge of airline fare structures, refunds, and exchange procedures.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
·  Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.
