Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation & Ticketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle flight bookings, reservations, ticket issuance, and provide excellent support to customers in person, via phone, and online.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reservations, flight bookings, and ticket issuance through GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
Assist customers with travel inquiries, fare quotes, itineraries, and booking changes.
Ensure all travel documents and procedures comply with airline and regulatory policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage group bookings and special requests.
Coordinate with airlines, tour operators, and internal departments for smooth operations.
Handle cancellations, refunds, rebookings, and schedule changes efficiently.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Proficient in global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
· Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
 
· Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred.· Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
