* Analyze and resolve recurring issues.
* Manage maintenance budget.
* Ensure safety compliance.
* Review maintenance reports.
* Support property readiness.
* Manage vendor contracts.
* Provide performance reports.
Requirements :
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
* 4+ years of experience.
* Strong technical and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in maintenance systems.
