We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and increasing brand awareness. This role is key to driving the company’s growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, market research, and customer referrals.
Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Manage the company’s online presence, social media channels, and marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid driving license is preferred.
