Description

Responsibilities:
·        Provide legal advice for contracts and transactions.
·        Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements (leasing, construction, procurement, partnerships, etc.).
·        Handle disputes and court cases; liaise with external law firms.
·        Monitor licenses and legal compliance for properties, hotels, and corporate entities.
·        Review government obligations and ensure legal compliance.
·        Update management on legislative changes in real estate, companies, labor, tax, and investments.
·        Support cross-functional departments: Finance, Property, Maintenance, HR.
·        Manage legal risk and propose preventive legal solutions.
·        Participate in negotiations with partners and investors, safeguarding company interests.
Requirements:
·        Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Real Estate / Hotel Experience
·        Minimum 5 years of legal practice experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
·        Comprehensive knowledge of real estate, commercial, labor, and tax laws.
·        Strong skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and analysis.
·        Effective communication with governmental bodies and legal auditors.
